Getting Started
AI Sports Edge is a sports analytics platform that provides expert predictions and tips for various sports including football, basketball, ice hockey, and more. Our platform combines market analysis and statistical insights to help you make informed decisions.
Creating an account is simple. Click the 'Sign In' button, enter your email address, and we'll send you a one-time verification code. Enter the code to access your account. No password needed!
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but you can browse our platform and view match information without an account. To access expert predictions and tips, you'll need to purchase a package.
Credits & Packages
Our credit system gives you flexibility in accessing predictions:
- Tips: Standard predictions for regular matches
- High Confidence (HC): Premium predictions with higher confidence levels
- Platinum: Our top-tier predictions with the highest confidence
Each package includes a set number of credits that refresh monthly.
Our packages are organized into tiers based on features and credit amounts:
- Tier E: Entry level - Great for beginners
- Tier D: Basic level - More credits and features
- Tier C: Standard level - Balanced option for regular users
- Tier B: Premium level - Includes High Confidence access
- Tier A: Elite level - Full access with Platinum predictions
Higher tiers include more credits, unlimited access to certain tip types, and additional features like expert notes and priority support.
When you run out of credits, you can either wait for your monthly refresh (credits reset at the start of each billing cycle) or purchase additional credits through our add-on packages. Locked predictions will show a 'Get Credits' button that takes you to our pricing page.
Yes! You can upgrade your package at any time. When you upgrade, you'll receive the additional credits from your new package immediately. Your billing cycle will adjust to reflect the new package price.
Predictions & Tips
Jack and Bill are our two expert analysts with different approaches:
- Jack (Market-Based) - Analyzes odds movements and market sentiment across bookmakers to identify value bets where the market may be mispriced.
- Bill (Statistics-Based) - Uses team form, head-to-head records, and statistical models to generate predictions based on performance data.
Click the info icon next to the source filter on the Analysis page to see their live statistics.
Win rate is calculated by dividing the number of successful predictions by the total number of settled predictions (won + lost). Pending predictions are not included in the calculation. Each analyst's win rate is tracked independently.
The confidence percentage indicates how strongly our analysts believe in a particular prediction. Higher confidence (80%+) suggests a stronger conviction, while lower confidence indicates more uncertainty. This is based on the strength of the underlying analysis signals.
Predictions are locked to protect the value of our premium analysis. To unlock a prediction, you need to use one of your credits. The type of credit required depends on the prediction tier (regular, High Confidence, or Platinum).
Payments & Billing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. We never store your full card details on our servers. All data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We'll review your request and work with you to find a solution.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page under Settings, or by contacting our support team. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Currently, email changes require contacting our support team. Please email us from your registered email address with your new email, and we'll help you make the switch.
To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@aisportsedge.app. We'll process your request and remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Note that some transaction records may be retained for legal compliance.
