2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Eligibility Age: You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. • No Subscriptions (Currently): As of the last updated date of these Terms, there are no active subscription fees or paid membership plans.
• Future Paid Services: We reserve the right to introduce paid services, subscription plans, in-app purchases, or other fees in the future. If we do so, we will update these Terms and provide notice to users.
• Payment Processing: Should you decide to purchase a premium feature or subscription in the future, payments will be processed by a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateway (such as Stripe, PayPal, or another reputable provider).
• Refunds: Because we do not currently charge, refund policies are not applicable. However, once paid services are introduced, we will outline a refund or cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

When you create content on AI Sports Edge, you retain ownership of your original content. You, not AI Sports Edge, are fully responsible for any content you submit or make available via the Service ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant AI Sports Edge a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, communicate, publish, publicly display, and create derivative works of your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and promoting the Service.

5.2 AI Sports Edge Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service that are provided by AI Sports Edge – including but not limited to the software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, images, video, information, data, analyses, compilations, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Service – are the exclusive property of AI Sports Edge and its licensors.

Cap on Liability: Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months, if any, or USD $100, whichever is less.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Sports Edge and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your Use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Breach of Terms

AI Sports Edge may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not have control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 10. Termination of Use

10.1 By You

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any valid reason, including but not limited to:

10.3 Effects of Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You agree that the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

Any claim or cause of action by you arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Sports Edge regarding the Service.
